    You were right about the port roles! That was a surprise! No it wasn't! That's the first rule of how Jeremy works! He's ALWAYS right. The second one is, if you think he is wrong... Well, check the first rule!

    I'm confused at 2:47- Shouldn't the Root port on SW1 be G0/1 because the neighbor across on that link has a port ID of G0/0. ? Isn't it based off of which port the neighbor has a lower port ID? I don't see there being a tiebreaker

      exactly the same question.

    • @JeysonRodney
      @JeysonRodney 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      SW2 G0/0 is not SW1G0/1's (only) Neighbor, and that is because de HUB. In other words think of it this way, SW1 G0/1 is a neighbor of SW3 G0/0 AND G0/1 at the same time (same Collision domain). That is the reason why the third tiebreaker rule does not apply and we have to go to the fourth.
      I don't know if I made myself understood but Jeremy explained this in detail in the previous video.

      @@JeysonRodney I see. Coming back to review this makes a lot more sense after some time. Jeremy is such a great teacher.

      IPsec is in the WAN Video and also the GRE plus you don’t need to go in depth for both for the new CCNA
