Treat Underachievers with Empathy and not Anger-

Most of the time, this world is very crude to the underachievers, which may complicate the issue further and cause problems for us. This is particularly serious for kids who may not be able to do well in their academic areas. When treated with empathy they may come out and perform well but if parents and teachers react with anger their curiosity would be killed forever. So it is important that we, as parents and teachers try to understand the causes and help the children. Nervousness, worry and anxiety are part of life and we all go through the same at one or the other time. Worry should never be allowed to get change into anxiety because anxiety is the enemy of curiosity/ creativity.
