the cloth starts clipping and gets stuck as a ball as soon as i enable the self collisions before that it works properly just without self colliding
I'm trying to export a PNG sequence with the baked animation from the cloth simulation but every time I try to render animation it doesn't render the same animation from the simulation... What am I doing wrong?

Banner doesn't roll out fully. It instead folds out till 60 frames and then a weird ass wind takes it to the otther sides of the building and it remains out of control. I first used the settings on cloth modifier as shown by you but still the problem remains. Then I tweaked a few settings on it but result is not suitable
is there any way to render through the GPU with an RX580?
