When this set shows up, I'm gonna be getting emotional. This was the first really big, cool thing I ever go as a kid, and I loved it to bits. Back then, with the quality of mega sets, it fell to pieces and parts snapped. I always missed having that thing and could never afford to get the original again, and this new set looks absolutely flawless. The falcon has always been my favorite vehicle in Halo
I'm in a similar boat. Wasn't a kid at the time but I had the original, I put too much stock in the landing pad it came with, tried carrying it from one shelf to another on the pad, it slipped off and fell and the rotor blades snapped, as well as the thing itself falling apart obviously. So happy to have this new one on my shelf.
This is the first time seeing mega shut demarcation up lol. Nothing but praise and no complaints. By the way I love your honest and raw commentary. Such a great year for MEGA and for us Halo fans. Couldn't be more hyped.

This set looks perfect, can't wait to get it. If I were the designers, I would've added Kat's Tacpad too, but other than that, 0 complaints. I feel like Mega designed this specifically for the fans

I remember getting into Mega Construx back in 2018 after playing Fireteam Raven, and I’ve always wanted a Falcon set since then. I got my copy about a week ago and it’s pure awesomeness. Great Review! Can’t wait to see more:)

He was the saddest Noble team death next to Kat because he died saving reach only for his death to be in vein by the covenant! I always thought I could get his chain gun only for me to basically bully him for about an hour trying to kill him but anyways love the vid and I’ll see you around Spartan!
Had no idea this was being released, but was recommended your video by TH-cam - despite not watching any Halo videos recently. I've just ordered it from the UK via the US, as we don't get a lot of Mega Construx sets. £110/$131 (including shipping), but absolutely worth it. I'm so excited to get it. Winter Contingency is one of my favourite Halo levels.

This is the first buildable mega set I’ve bought in years and I love it. Last time I bought a builable mega set was when it was called mega bloks 😂. I love “big” builds that take a long time to build and building this set was so much fun. It was also the first time I had to assemble the figures. I should buy more! The reason I call it “buildable mega set” is because I HAVE bought mega construx but it was the SDCC MCC set which was kinda a display item that already came “built” (mini figures).
you'd have a hay day with the pelican if you can manage to get one for a decent price, that thing took me easily a couple hours each day for a few days to build mine (plus a couple weeks waiting on replacement parts from mega because i was missing an entire bag of parts)

I totally agree that if this was LEGO set it would undoubtedly be a £140 set EZ this for £75-100 is amazing especially it being a full nobel team with more than satisfactory detail the green camo for Jun is accurate, minor warning signs and white stripes and bands on the legs. The build doesn't look complex but very good nonetheless as you're building in multiple directions and the quality of dual moulding and dual painted pieces is a treat. The inclusion of side builds is cool too as they don't take away from the Falcon but add to the scene, it's pretty sizeable to and with all those printed pieces and extras are welcome editions definitely a set to pick as a Reach fan i'm very happy.
Where was this a decade ago! Crazy how far they’ve come. I was 11-12 I was really into halo mega bloks. It was only a matter of time before I lost interest. Brings back some good/bad moments growing up a horny teen.

I used to be really into these Halo sets when they were Mega Blocks and I’m just getting back into them. This set is a dream come true for me since Reach is my favorite game. Is this set going to be available in stores or is it some sort of exclusive?
I did not plan on getting this set because I already had both versions of noble team that had come out before this and several falcons.But the way you showed and described the figures and this said maybe change my mind. I'm still very disappointed that they didn't include headsculpes for Kat, Jun, Carter, and Jorge (AT LEAST DO JORGE) But other than that you have convinced me that I do need to get this set. FYI, the Falcon came out in 2011. Call of Duty came out in 2013. Those guns on the side of the Falcon are originally theirs not Call of Duty's. The piece for the gun on the nose of the Falcon is exactly like it was on every Falcon.
I would have liked to see Jorge and maybe Carter get a headsculpt but I feel like the pricing would have gotten messed up with that addition. Also, I had no idea that gun was originally from a Falcon

Mega under-produced these sets for some reason. We don't know a lot more than that at the moment. And the COD line is over, which is why you don't see much of that anymore. Dollar General has some but that's about it

I actually happen to like this set a whole lot more than the other iterations of the other figures in Halo Heroes individual sets and the Halo 20th Anniversary one, just to be honest. It looks like Mega Construx went all out, firing on all cylinders on the figures’ attention to detail and the prints, but there are some small nitpicks for me, not to make the figures look bad but something that Mega could change and to add on the figures next time around. Overall, I find the entire set to be highly sought after by everyone, and it is a good job for Mega that they’re listening to us fans and collectors. - Jun’s sniper veil on his TACTICAL/PATROL chest piece being a little bright seems a bit too high in contrast, considering that he is the sniper, I would’ve liked it better if they made it more olive green, or something close in colors to the actual US military used to use, specifically olive drab green or OD green for short, and he needs more print on the vent parts of his helmet too, same goes to the missing spot of his chest piece, but I personally love what they did for Jun, I’m mostly positive about it. - Majority of the figures (minus Jorge since he has braces on his forearms, and Emile) like Kat, Carter, Jun, and Noble Six lack the Tacpad/UGPS print on their left forearm, which would’ve been a nice detail to see that they actually have functional gadgets that would help them navigate their way into their path during an ongoing military operation. As for Emile, he needs a new Reach style forearm mold, where it would be storing his extra shotgun shells, some dark grey with gray tips would be nice for the colors of the shotgun shells. - For weapons, I don’t mind about Noble Six having the old MA37 mold, but I also agree with you that he should have the newer Halo: Infinite mold, since the MA40 is mostly based on the MA37 rifle too, but I would’ve loved that they should add more weapons just so we could do some mix and change with the figures, having that iconic Reach grenade launcher, the Plasma Launcher, Needler Rifle, or even the Focus Rifle, and the Repeater, and not to forget, some default UNSC grenades and plasma grenades. - What’s mostly missing on them is preferably some more prints on their feet, like the toe caps are dark grey, along with some yellow/black caution lines around the ankles, which would make them stand out more, and even a bit of metallic wash to show the wear on their armor, and some dirty brown wash to not only hide a bit of the metal wear, but to also see some dirt, mud and grime accumulating around parts of their armor, like lower legs and feet, their knees, and hands. Not to forget, the iconic bluish light prints on parts of their armor, just to show that their armor is active.
There's definitely always space for them to go for more detail but for set figures, I think that we got the absolute best possible. Some extra weapons would have been fantastic though
Adding in, 1 UNSC pilot or more preferably a new Reach marine pilot from what we saw in game would've been icing on the cake, but since all 6 figures can fit in the falcon I wouldn't be too worried, but I would like more opportunities for more marines, pilots, just regular humans in general, these days I think we're getting too many spartans but I guess that's stretching it
Speaking of Emile, since I got no nitpicks about him, other than to think about his origins and knowing that he earned the so-called “Death’s hat” just by carving a screaming skull on his damaged visor after he was trying to chase down the fleeing Insurrectionist as he almost got killed by her (the latter who was fleeing) fellow fighters with the turret from their own Warthog while the escapee did get away, I do wonder about him having a kukri as his own personal combat knife (this is basically the backstory of how Emile earned the iconic Death’s hat, in case you did not know :) ). Knowing that his family died from the Covenant, and so is brother who protected him, I couldn’t put my finger on him being a Nepalese descent, considering that the Kukri knife itself originated from Nepal, famously used by the Gurkhas. But I guess he has found a great use for it in terms of intimidating people, not only with the skull on his visor but having a large knife that’s a cross between a machete and a hatchet, he could possibly cut an Elite’s head clean off, thanks to his training and of course, the augmentation, even though he’s not as strong as the SPARTAN-IIs but it is still possible.

Some peices were missing but I got 5 of the hotdogs an 2 heads for master chief and many other pieces. 50 dollars at least

Like it will not fit any character I have and the it has gold paint all over the left side The missing pieces are antenna from parts of the ship and the gun carrier from the middle of the ship
I'm pretty sure this Noble six is thom, the noble 6 that we play in the game is the replacement, thom died in the deliver hope trailer where he took the nuke into the covenant carrier.
@@DemarcationMedia oh crap you're right, I don't know why Mega gave this Noble Six the different shoulder pauldrons. Maybe it's because they look closer to the Mark 5 and 6 shoulders and wanted to give him that "hyper lethal" look.
@@DemarcationMedia technically the base Mark 5(b) doesn't have shoulder pauldrons, if they wanted to make it "realistic" they could have not issued shoulder pauldrons with the figure and applied paint directly to the bicep area or create an integrated upper bicep/armor piece. Maybe in a future figure hopefully?

There's a couple things you can do to avoid being scammed. First, buy from a trusted site. Entertainment Earth, Big Bad Toy Store, etc. Second, pay with Paypal. They have excellent purchase protection

Haven't got a halo set (besides the energy sword because it's awesome) since the mega blocks days. At the time I think I had the whole noble team...or close to it lol. Definitely wanna pick this up for nostalgia sake but is there any other good sets like this? Every time I go to Walmart I just see accessory packs and a weird 3-1 Lego Creator style set

Contact EE and request a refund again, because they aren't ever getting stock. The Falcon is coming to Mattel Creations exclusively in Q3 of this year, so sometime in the July to September range

I used to be really into these Halo sets when they were Mega Blocks and I’m just getting back into them. This set is a dream come true for me since Reach is my favorite game. Is this set going to be available in stores or is it some sort of exclusive?

I did not plan on getting this set because I already had both versions of noble team that had come out before this and several falcons.But the way you showed and described the figures and this said maybe change my mind. I'm still very disappointed that they didn't include headsculpes for Kat, Jun, Carter, and Jorge (AT LEAST DO JORGE) But other than that you have convinced me that I do need to get this set.
FYI, the Falcon came out in 2011. Call of Duty came out in 2013. Those guns on the side of the Falcon are originally theirs not Call of Duty's. The piece for the gun on the nose of the Falcon is exactly like it was on every Falcon.
I would have liked to see Jorge and maybe Carter get a headsculpt but I feel like the pricing would have gotten messed up with that addition. Also, I had no idea that gun was originally from a Falcon

Mega under-produced these sets for some reason. We don't know a lot more than that at the moment. And the COD line is over, which is why you don't see much of that anymore. Dollar General has some but that's about it

I actually happen to like this set a whole lot more than the other iterations of the other figures in Halo Heroes individual sets and the Halo 20th Anniversary one, just to be honest. It looks like Mega Construx went all out, firing on all cylinders on the figures’ attention to detail and the prints, but there are some small nitpicks for me, not to make the figures look bad but something that Mega could change and to add on the figures next time around. Overall, I find the entire set to be highly sought after by everyone, and it is a good job for Mega that they’re listening to us fans and collectors.
- Jun’s sniper veil on his TACTICAL/PATROL chest piece being a little bright seems a bit too high in contrast, considering that he is the sniper, I would’ve liked it better if they made it more olive green, or something close in colors to the actual US military used to use, specifically olive drab green or OD green for short, and he needs more print on the vent parts of his helmet too, same goes to the missing spot of his chest piece, but I personally love what they did for Jun, I’m mostly positive about it.
- Majority of the figures (minus Jorge since he has braces on his forearms, and Emile) like Kat, Carter, Jun, and Noble Six lack the Tacpad/UGPS print on their left forearm, which would’ve been a nice detail to see that they actually have functional gadgets that would help them navigate their way into their path during an ongoing military operation. As for Emile, he needs a new Reach style forearm mold, where it would be storing his extra shotgun shells, some dark grey with gray tips would be nice for the colors of the shotgun shells.
- For weapons, I don’t mind about Noble Six having the old MA37 mold, but I also agree with you that he should have the newer Halo: Infinite mold, since the MA40 is mostly based on the MA37 rifle too, but I would’ve loved that they should add more weapons just so we could do some mix and change with the figures, having that iconic Reach grenade launcher, the Plasma Launcher, Needler Rifle, or even the Focus Rifle, and the Repeater, and not to forget, some default UNSC grenades and plasma grenades.
- What’s mostly missing on them is preferably some more prints on their feet, like the toe caps are dark grey, along with some yellow/black caution lines around the ankles, which would make them stand out more, and even a bit of metallic wash to show the wear on their armor, and some dirty brown wash to not only hide a bit of the metal wear, but to also see some dirt, mud and grime accumulating around parts of their armor, like lower legs and feet, their knees, and hands. Not to forget, the iconic bluish light prints on parts of their armor, just to show that their armor is active.
There's definitely always space for them to go for more detail but for set figures, I think that we got the absolute best possible. Some extra weapons would have been fantastic though
Adding in, 1 UNSC pilot or more preferably a new Reach marine pilot from what we saw in game would've been icing on the cake, but since all 6 figures can fit in the falcon I wouldn't be too worried, but I would like more opportunities for more marines, pilots, just regular humans in general, these days I think we're getting too many spartans but I guess that's stretching it

Speaking of Emile, since I got no nitpicks about him, other than to think about his origins and knowing that he earned the so-called “Death’s hat” just by carving a screaming skull on his damaged visor after he was trying to chase down the fleeing Insurrectionist as he almost got killed by her (the latter who was fleeing) fellow fighters with the turret from their own Warthog while the escapee did get away, I do wonder about him having a kukri as his own personal combat knife (this is basically the backstory of how Emile earned the iconic Death’s hat, in case you did not know :) ).
Knowing that his family died from the Covenant, and so is brother who protected him, I couldn’t put my finger on him being a Nepalese descent, considering that the Kukri knife itself originated from Nepal, famously used by the Gurkhas. But I guess he has found a great use for it in terms of intimidating people, not only with the skull on his visor but having a large knife that’s a cross between a machete and a hatchet, he could possibly cut an Elite’s head clean off, thanks to his training and of course, the augmentation, even though he’s not as strong as the SPARTAN-IIs but it is still possible.

@@DemarcationMedia oh crap you're right, I don't know why Mega gave this Noble Six the different shoulder pauldrons. Maybe it's because they look closer to the Mark 5 and 6 shoulders and wanted to give him that "hyper lethal" look.
@@DemarcationMedia technically the base Mark 5(b) doesn't have shoulder pauldrons, if they wanted to make it "realistic" they could have not issued shoulder pauldrons with the figure and applied paint directly to the bicep area or create an integrated upper bicep/armor piece.
Maybe in a future figure hopefully?

There's a couple things you can do to avoid being scammed. First, buy from a trusted site. Entertainment Earth, Big Bad Toy Store, etc. Second, pay with Paypal. They have excellent purchase protection

Haven't got a halo set (besides the energy sword because it's awesome) since the mega blocks days. At the time I think I had the whole noble team...or close to it lol. Definitely wanna pick this up for nostalgia sake but is there any other good sets like this? Every time I go to Walmart I just see accessory packs and a weird 3-1 Lego Creator style set
The Arbiter's Quest is another fantastic recent set.
For the past like two years it's been hard getting more Mega Halo sets for me and I pre-ordered on Entertainment Earth for the Falcon sweep and still haven't got my refund
Contact EE and request a refund again, because they aren't ever getting stock. The Falcon is coming to Mattel Creations exclusively in Q3 of this year, so sometime in the July to September range
