Glass Jar Induction Cap Sealing Machine and Wads
Neck Sealing of Glass Jars preventing it from leakage and pilferage.
Methods used in Sealing is
1. Induction Electromagnetic Cap Sealing Machine.
2. Glass Induction Wads specially crafted for Glass Jars.
Note Induction Glass wads are specially crafted for Glass only. Plastic (Pe, Pet, Hdpe, Pp) wads won't work on Glass jars.
3. Pvc shrink sleeves for sealing metal caps afterwards
4. Stanley hot air gun.

Some time I get smoke while sealing..also do you need to adjust something please help?

Smoke is there due to burning of adhesive or material, please check and adjust the time of the sealing accordingly (it's a hit & trial method).
Secondly don't use it on empty or with less content coz it might create vacuum inside jar, in this case also the electromagnetic waves are totally a absorbed by wads, which burns the wads thus emitting smoke.
Special note *Please use a voltage stabilizer while using this machine*

ग्लास जार के वेड प्लास्टिक जार के वेड से अलग होते है। प्लास्टिक जार के वेड में प्लास्टिक कोटिंग या लैमिनेशन होती है जबकि ग्लास वेड में अधेसिव कोटिंग होती हैं। प्लास्टिक के केस में दोनों वेड और जार नेक मेल्ट हो कर सील होते है जबकि ग्लास के केस में सिर्फ वेड पे अधेसिवे मेल्ट हो कर नेक पे चिपक जाता है, ग्लास मेल्ट नहीं होता। हमारे यहां ग्लास वेड, इंडक्शन सीलिंग मशीन, श्रिंक स्लीव श्रींक टनल हॉट एयर गन आदि पेकिंग आइटम मिल जाती है।
