As in becoming a ball playing goalkeeper or just trying to work with your feet?If trying to become a ball playing goalkeeper just practise passing with someone and kicking long and testing yourself with a friend in under pressure scenario's as he puts you under pressure good luck

Nice I'm getting back to playing in net myself next week on Wednesday after injury 3 weeks ago came out my box to head the ball and got kneed right in the head was cut open to the bone needed to go to hospital to get stitches left me with a big scar for life as well now but at least I've got getting back onto the pitch look forward too.🤕✌🏻
take a few steps off your line towards the striker, make yourself big by spreading your legs and arms wide. either come out for a block or stay and try to make a reaction save. make sure you don’t panic.

I just get a ball up against a wall and practise taking a touch and passing
@@JakeKannapel also do a 5 a side with friends but don't do goals try to play outfield as this can help work with your first touch
