I was trained in azzalure, And ovs not for everyone forehead but I try and go with the 3 finger rule for my frontalis to brow ratio. But amend if the client has a shorter forehead.

Thank you so much, so with the crows feet the 5 insulin units is equal to 10 speywood units, so if it spreads 2cms , only 3 target markings for the crows feet, which corresponds to the Azzalure guidelines.

If you want to give just 1 unit of azzulure to fix a spock brow is that just the same as injecting 1 line of the insulin syringe? I use azzulure and would inject half of boccature as you said ie 2-3 units off the insure syringe per forehead syringe. But for spock brow would we just inject 1-1.5 units off the lines from the syringe?

If I have 100unit Botox mix with 2.5ml saline
That will fill 4 x 0.5ml insulin syringes
= so 50 units is on two syringes is that right?
Then each line isn’t a unit of Botox? 2lines is one unit? Man I’m confused . I always use azzulare and I’ve just used Botox after 3 years and I’m confused.

So would you use insulin units still for azzalure or does it need to be speywood? Or is it as long as you’re halting the doses it doesn’t matter the syringe?xx
