First of all congrats on the shiny. I've got one myself in pokemon Shield. Secondly' i think i understand the original build you had in mind for this mon. If it was able to learn Tailwind as a Cottonee it would also have access to eviolite and become a pretty decent tank of sorts.
Damn that’s crazy they nerfed cotonee. I’m gen 7 and 8 it got tailwind + eviolite and became an antimeta pick cuz it was bulkier and then you could give sash to something else.
