-Hold 1 lemon & 7 hillies in left hand
-Hold salt and mustard seeds and a piece of cloth or paper towel in right hand
-Bring both left & right channels down from top head 11 times
-put lemon, chillies, salt & mustard in that cloth or paper towel

Can some one let me know what is to be done with the salt, mustard, lemon, chillies and the cloth after you finish the process? Do you tie the entire items in the cloth and keep it somewhere or discard/ throw it out? As the audio was not clear, this clarification is required 🙏
