One of the first steps in building your own home in South Africa is working out how to actually pay for it. Building loans are offered by most South African banks and is something we applied for - except that it was DECLINED.
That didn’t stop us though.
In this video we explain how we have been able to finance the build of our dream home, and how our bond originators were instrumental in getting us started on our house build.

What an awesome video, I think we need more of the survival side (maybe a sub channel). Go into your business and helping other people do what you do and did. You will just earn more $$ on TH-cam and social sites, because in a country like ours, we need this. God’s blessing thank you. Ps no need for formal education or degrees, for some it’s restrictive.
I really value your perspective and input here. We actually stated a website called Smart Family Income a while back but left it as we got distracted but I do think there is big opportunities for South African's to explore online income (specially earning $$)

Hi Tim, am I correct did you mention a building cost of R10k per square? With your house design (different levels), how did you manage this rate per square?
So that was the aim, I need to do assess but I think we are in around R10.8 PSM

I don't think finance notices colour as an issue. They are a company who help anyone looking for a homeloan or building loan...
that is expensive land, while i just have to speak with the village chief give him an amount around R6000
