Hey Annie! I got monetized a few hours ago!!!! Thanks for all your amazing tips!! It took me around 3-4 months to reach 1k subs and 4K watch hours, And it took me 1 day for TH-cam to accept me into the partner program

If you are currently in a tough place and your channel is not growing. Just remember one day you will achieve everything and you CAN DO IT👍🏻
The monetisation process was actually much easier than everyone seems to say, the whole process took me less than 1 day from application to being monetised :p
It wasn't that it was a long process, but confirming your bank, address and tax info a lot of stuff was kinda hidden
Yup I got the message that if I do not reach the requirements then my YPP will be cancelled.

I feel the 4K watch time is so far away for the channel and I’m feeling discouraged. However, I felt the same way for 1k subs and I manifested it so I’m going to keep pushing through. Thanks for the step by step process to apply. They now won’t let you pre-apply so I’ll circle back to this.

Quick question: let’s say you’re 17 and you get monetized, so you use your parents’ tax info. Once you turn 18, is there any way to change the tax info to your own? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

ALMOST 7 MONTHS IN, 1310 watch hours, 523 subs.

the key is more videos . 4 months =225 subscribers and 2000 hours (my numbers) 3 months to get 100 subscribers and only one month to get 125.

Hey Annie. After watching your video I left you a comment in the hopes that you could share your thoughts on why I was stuck in this vicious cycle of not being able to get past step 2 of 3 during the monetization process FOR MONTHS. You took the time out of what I am sure is a hectic schedule of planning, filming, editing, researching, responding and everything else that content creators do, to respond to me. I woke up today with an email from TH-cam that I have been accepted into the TH-cam Partner Program. Yall, I cried because the frustration leading up to this was REAL and breaking through this obstacle was everything. Annie, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
