Ill tell ya i bought a knife on aliba it was a copy of the Dog soldier 7 not a clone but a very good made knife. For $70 it came in kydex with a drop for the belt. It was in A8 chipper steel. Some companies are outstanding just have to look. The thing is in America they want $200+ for everything even close. I also carry a watchman we222 $29 in 14c28n Really hard to beat these knives. Personally id love usa made but i can't justify the price. When i can get the same and in many cases better for a 1/3 or less. Can't live like a rock star on a truck driver paycheck . 😊
I have a really hard time buying imports, but I did buy a Condor Hudson bay, took a grinder, some files, emery cloth and a good set of water stones to it and turned out a nice useable knife... and I've been looking at the one featured here for a few weeks now trying to justify a Chinese purchase just because it looks like a great knife... IDK though... I probably wont do it as I prefer to support my American brothers and sisters at any cost.
That dog food bag is what I feed my dog, that knife went thru it like it wasn't even there! "Clean" chops on that branch and batons like you're cutting hot dog's! Damn good knife!!! Great review bro...
@@alexandervivohnai4919 yeah it’s up there! I love the look of the black mule better but they performed about the same. Really couldn’t go wrong with either.
I’m from a poor country, and honestly, no knife is worth $200 or $500! Back home, I’ve seen people make and sell knives dirt cheap, and they’ll last you a lifetime. Here in the US, if something is handmade and good quality, it’s automatically overpriced. This knife from temu is 27 dollars, and There are knives in amazon that are 70 to 80 dollars but wouldn’t do half of what this one did!
Perhaps the manufacturing industry in China is also subsidized by the government. Otherwise, they wouldn't be able to make such great products so cheaply. Still, a great beastly blade.
So far, I am pleased with the one I got via Amazon. Crazy sharp, too. The ferro rod and striker works well too. Mine says it's DC53.
@@Bigdaddyslasher nice yeah there’s a lot of these style blades out there
DC53 is good blade steel. It's a little better than D2 holding an edge wise
Its $69 on Amazon

Pete! Got a knife up your alley you gotta get and give me your thoughts on. It’s the Midgards PMP big boss fixed blade. It’s an absolute tank!
@@NICKGUTTED yeah brother that one is bad ass! Just a little out of my price range lol it’s like over 500 bucks

Nice knife for the $. Bout the only thing I'd really change would be those notches in the back of the blade. A bit of a pet peeve of mine. Lol
