This Nasheed is on Imam Mahdi who is one of the 12 imams(caliphs) and divine guiders sent by Allah for the Ummat of the Prophet Muhammad after him .He is from the household of the prophet Muhammad SAWw
The linage of imams are as under . The daughter of prophet Muhammad Hazrat Fatima married the First Imam Hazrat Ali who was the cousin of the prophet . They had two sons , Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain about whom you are watching in Mukhtar Nama .The imams , caliphs and successors of the prophet after his death then continued as under
1. Hazrat Ali (Imam Ali )
2 . His elder son Imam Hassan
3 . Younger son Imam Hussain
4. Ali Zain Ul abideen son of Hussain
5. Muhammad baqir son of Ali Zain Ul abideen
6 Jafar Sadiq son of Muhammad baqir
7 Musa Kazim Son of Jafar Sadiq
8 Ali Raza son of Musa Kazim
9 Muhammad taqi son if Ali Raza
10 Ali Naqi son of Muhammad taqi
11 Hassan Askari son of Ali Naqi
12 Muhammad Mahdi son of Hassan Askari ( about whom this Nasheed is )
Imam Mahdi is said to bring justice and peace to this world upon the orders of Allah . They all are praying for his reappearance ....
