In a an boil one and 2tbsp water. Add 3/4 tsp salt or as per your taste. Once the water starts to boil simmer the flame and add 1 cup jowar flour put off the flame and mix it well. And cover it and let it cool till it’s ok to knead with 1tsp oil.
Ready the steaming vessel, grease a perforated plate.
Take the chakli machine, place the sev sieve in it and grease it well. Using the machine drop the string of noodles in the greased plate. Brush some oil on the noodles and steam for 12-15 mins or till done.
Once done again brush the noodles with oil and let it cool. Once at room temperature separate the noodles and it’s ready to use.

You could drop the entire cooked noodle bunch in cold water for easy separation.. they tend to separate out easily..

What we do is drop these noodles straight into the pot of sauce which has butter , garlic , cheese and any veg/or meat. This helps us to skip the process of separating it by hand. Thank you

Thank you! Do you think I could make Jowar fettuccini by boiling the cream sauce and milling the noodles directly into the hot sauce? What is your professional opinion on this? Many thanks

This would be healthy if you use less oil, where you used in high quantity.
