Seems to be an epic Kdrama in years to come with action pack scenes and fancy setting....it reminds me of The Tale Of The Nine Tailed 1938.....I've never seen such a versatile actor like Kim Nam Gil with such acting flexibility.....I really like this genres of dramas.....Will be my favourite drama and looking forward to it❤❤❤

I remember seeing comments before about Seohyun and Namgil's age gap is tooo big for them to have chemistry, but looking at it now, I can say they look good together!
In Asia they see it as a problem but in America/western countries they see it as something normal. As long as all parties are adults then it shouldn’t matter. Enough with the age gap crap, people saying that it’s too big of a gap for them to be doing movies and shows and that the actors won’t be able to have good chemistry because of it.

We definitely need more promotional content from this cast! ❤ The entire cast gave such an amazing performance. The fight sequences were splendid (definitely one of my favourite aspects from this series!). Loved the occasional humor as well. Cinematography-wise, it was very captivating too. The only thing I think fell short, was the choice of soundtrack. Perhaps it was due to the Western genre or they wanted to appeal to international audiences, but the English song didn't really fit the entire mood. Instead of making you feel more engaged with the period, it takes you out of it. It sounded too Western and modern. Since the series focused on the Joseon people, I think a song with Korean lyrics would have fit better and grasped the emotions better. Just my two cents. Overall, I still think it was an amazing series and I really hope we get a second season!! Things got even more interesting with that ending and I wish to see more. This genre isn't everyone's cup of tea, especially with the violence and minimal romance, but I hope the reception is good. Please promote the series more!! 🙏🙏

Although i can feel kim nam gil character's strong feeling for seohyun's despite short amount of scenes, but i kinda wish they elaborate some stuff a bit more(not only the romance part), so it could make this drama more heart-wrenching. Y'know, they could have sad ending for all i care, but can they at least kill that asshole, namgil's "ex-master"? Even the japanese/other bandits looks like angels compared to him..seriously. Great actor tho, he successfully makes the audience truly hates his character lol. But overall, this is beautifully-made drama. The cinematography is so amazing. good job everyone👍🏻 and i think i really gonna need another love story drama starring kim namgil and seohyun after this😂
