When Piers asked her lawyer if he had any doubt if Andrew was guilty and he responded unless you were there witnessing it or there was video tape there was no way of knowing his guilt. A photograph with her was their strongest evidence. He denied meeting her. Should he remember every single photograph he had in his life of every young woman, I would be surprised if he did. "Innocent until "Proven Guilty"?!?! Where does this fall into play? Or is he Guilty because a picture was taken with a smiling young woman having her picture taken with a prince and he is expected to remember every picture he has taken with a young lady and does not so that makes him Guilty.

13:49 What about the other accused? The names Clinton and Trump surface from time to time, amongst many others. Was Prince Andrew an easier target, given his important connection to the British monarchy, and its likelihood to capitulate to avoid any level of embarrassment, especially in the Queen's Platinum Jubilee year. There's something particularly unsettling about those who have not been required to respond to any other accusations. Of course Boies worked for the Clintons too, so this might imply a conflict of interest.

There is a reasonable chance that if this case had gone to trial, that Virginia may have lost. Based on the well seen photo, she didn’t look like she was a victim and being forced to do anything. She wasn’t bruised, swollen, she didn’t look like she had been crying and she was clean and dressed appropriately. None of us know all the evidence presented to back up her claims, but there just may have been enough questions to warrant reasonable doubt.
