Frozen dough makes the best chapo, matumbo wacha tu ziwe na their natural colour. Onions and carrots are very pricey at this point.

wee onion is like gold here in Kenya, for Ksh 281 for all those tomatoes, that was quite a good deal and those chapos look so yummy and soft

It's so good. Make sure you remove it early from the fridge to go back to its original state before using.

Umejipanga kweli from meat, veges, fruit well stockes up... Inlike how you've even packaged everything.. My question is when you put the dough un the freezer what happens when you want to cook is it soggy?

Inabidi nijipange sitaki safari. You take the dough out of the freeezer several hours before using it. Make sure it goes back to its original state. Then dust your surface with flour and roll out.
