Thank you for the video! I believe that Yersinia enterocolitica mimics appendicitis by causing mesenteric adenitis, which presents as pain in the RLQ. There are differences between appendicitis and mesenteric adenitis that a doctor should be aware of.

yes they can...any bacteria borne in blood
