Sorry Kelly, maar waar haal je die onzin vandaan, dat de EU de baas is in Nederland. Als we de EU niet hadden gehad, dan zou ons voedsel. water en werknemers veel slechter af zijn. Waar wij mee te maken hebben, is het slechte liberale beleid van de afgelopen 10 jaar. De huizencrisis, zorg, stikstof, de zorg, onderwijs, is allemaal de schuld van onze eigen regering, heeft niets met de EU te maken. De liberalen vinden het economische beleid het belangrijkste, en daar mag iedereen onder lijden.
Kijk wat er in Groningen is gebeurd, alles onder het kleed geveegd. Ik weet niet wie jou deze mening heeft aangesproken. Maar zonder de EU zouden we veel slechter af zijn. De EU vind ook dat Nederland de hypotheekrente moet afschaffen, we zijn nog het enige land die dit in stand houd. Zonder de aftrek, zouden huizen goedkoper worden. Hoeft niet elke Nederlander mee te betalen aan de financiering hiervan. Maar de Nederlandse regering wilt dit niet, en de EU kan dit niet opleggen. M.a.w. de EU is niet de baas in Nederland maar onze eigen regering..Ik heb ook een koopwoning gehad, maar nooit gebruik gemaakt van de hypotheekrente aftrek. Ik had bij aankoop 1/3 betaald, en na 10 jaar 2/3 vh huis betaald, en met 15 jaar het gehele huis afbetaald.
En het argument dat de huizenprijzen veel hoger zijn, is ook voor een gedeelte onzin, in mijn tijd was de hypotheekrente 14 %, kom je ook ongeveer op wat je nu kwijt bent uit.

Sorry, maar het heeft niets met de EU te maken, je lijkt ook wel een Britse, die weinig op de hoogte zijn van het EU lidmaatschap, de problemen die wij in Nederland hebben, is gecreeerd door de VVD,CDA, en CU, waar wij de Nederlandse bevolking op bleven stemmen. Die problemen zijn niet door de EU ontstaan, maar door eigen regeringsbeleid waar de EU niets mee te maken heeft.
Al jarenland heeft de EU tegen Nederland gezegd, om de hypotheekrente aftrek af te schaffen. Wij zijn nog het enige land waar dit gebeurd, maar de Nederlandse regering heeft hier nee op gezegd. Omdat ze deze regels niet hoeven te accepteren.
Ik vind ook dat deze regel afgeschaft dient te worden, 60 % van de Nederlanders hebben hier profijt van, maar 100 % van de Nederlandse bevolking betaald hiervoor. Het heeft ook inpact op de huizenprijzen, in het buitenland moet je gewoon eigen middelen meenemen, wil je een eigen woning kunnen kopen.
Het geld van de hypotheekrente aftrek kan beter worden ingezet, voor school, ov, zorg, politie daar hebben wij nl allemaal voordeel van i.p.v. 60 %.
