Hehe yess and NO here is WHY: the FK8 is sooo good that they actually compare it to Audi rs3 400hp amg A45 380hp and Ford focus RS 350hp and 370hp on overboost.. on regular tracks the FK8 actually beats them Even the AWD high HP cars.. On short tracks and weird tracks like UK and aussie land then everything can happen.. but on short track AWD has a advantage for sure but Also gearing which gear are they in do they need to change to 3 before a corner which you'll lose time on.. In a Magazine i saw they tested on regular tracks and the Peugeot was second vs cupra-Megane-Hyundai ONLY FWD cars.. But short tracks DOESNT tell the TRUE story cause you have way to much variables.. so test on monza-imola-nurburgring gp-Phillip Island- brno etc etc then you have the real picture..
Does the AWD focus RS desreve to be here?? Such a pity it's taken Renault Sport so long to release this new Megane in Australia. Plus we have to wait even longer for the Trophy version. That's the one I'd be after. They said it would arrive in quarter 4 for 2018 but now we're being told it won't arrive until the second half of 2019.
Megane and Type R have quite bad tyres compared to the others, with better tyres they could have challenged the RS time, maybe not beat it but would have been a closer time
The Focus RS doesn't really belong here being 4wd and a lot more expensive, should probably have the Focus ST.

2:49 .. N30 might shake things up ... fails and does slowest time...
Very interested to see how the trophy version acquits itself

Megan RS Trophy 300hp 420nm >Honda R
Super test!
The Megane was dead last in the CarWow Speed tests.
Track times > Drag times
If the Focus RS is outperforming the Type-R at a track, the Type-R has a lot more left to give.
fwd can’t do much with uphill.

This is the worst comparison ever. You cant say every car is great when they're clearly not. Learn to tell it how it is.
