Hi Deepthi . It can be used but with caution . was suggested to apply there last that is after covering all other areas of face and neck . Contact time should be less compared to the whole face 😊

Not necessary .. you can do so if you have extreme dryness only .
Hi can I use facemed vit c cream while using light routine..i have done chemical peeling last yr.. Is there any prblm with sensitive skin.. Can I go with light routine soft..
Hi Vahitha.. No ,vit c is not recommended to be used along with light routine. For sensitive skin you can use the soft . 😊
Hii Preity, are you using light routine till now.. what is your feedback about it now? What was your night skin care routine after facewash when you include light routine in your skin care regimen? Because they ask me to go with cleanse and sunscreen in the morning. What about n8??
Hi Mithra.. I gave a break to my skin for few months and started using it again for the past 2 months. I'm using gentle this time and its fairing well . I dont really have a night skin care routine which is targeted mostly for anti aging as I'm still breastfeeding my daughter. Its cleanse and simple moisturizer for me . But you could add retinol or other nighttime skin products for added benefits, post 1-2 days of using light routine. Hope this helps .😊

Hi Sruthi . If the night cream is vit c, retinol , Or AHA BHA based (or any cream that has exfoliating agents or that causes skin sensitivity) then it's best to skip for 2 nights! :)

Hi uthra.. No oils are not reccomended to be used along with light routine.
V use light routine advanced once in 14 days...inbetween week can v use light routine gentle

1. Use a gentle cleanser like cetaphil
2.Avoid sun exposure immediately after using it . Best to do it in the night .
3 . Use sunscreen everyday
4. Avoid vit c , retinol and other anti aging agents/creams in any form like face fash, serum etc in combination with this and also 2 days after .
5. If you've never used a chemical exfoliator. Start with mildest one like light routine soft .

Hi! I'm on tretinoin for past 2 months dear so is there anyway to use it? Btw do u use this once a week?
Hi ezhilagam.. If your on tretinoin as prescribed by your dermatologist, its best to consult the doctor to discuss about adding a home peel like light routine in you current skincare plan . I have had severe dryness and sensitivity while I was using tretinoin alone . So I dont actually recommend using both together . May be when you stop using tretinoin and give a break to your skin for a month or so before starting with light routine . I used the light routine advanced only once in 2 weeks . Gentle and soft can be used once a week . Hope this helps 😊
Hi is it mandatory that we should be using only cetaphil cleanser before and after the procedure ? Is it okay if I use my everyday organic cleanser ?
Hi Madhumitha. Its absolutely necessary that you use a gentle cleanser like cetaphil before and after applying light routine to avoid irritation caused by wrong combination of products. You can get back to using your organic cleanser from the day after .
Hi Can I stop using i once my skin texture improved and my acne are controlled?????? Is that possible
Hi Srija .. Yes definitely . For overall improvement in acne and skin texture it will take a minimum of 7-9 sessions (atleast for me) . From there on you can use it only when your skin needs the exfoliation to happen ,sort of like maintenance . Probably once in 2 weeks or more and can stop using it entirely when you are happy with how your skin feels 😊

Hi Mariyam . You absolutely have to wash your face before and after using light routine with a gentle cleanser like cetaphil .

Hi Angelica .. yes of course. Light routine works very well with out led mask .

Hi sridevi.. using led mask for sometime now.. will put up a review soon . Light routine lasts for 7-8 sessions . to be used only once in 10 or more days . Hope this helps you sridevi ! :)

Thank you so much . . Suitable for oily acne proned skin, combination skin. Normal skin can use it for general exfoliation. Dry skin may have to use it with caution as it can be a bit drying .
@@PreityNeereekshan mine is dry skin ..can I use it jus as she says like twice a week .. Even I haven’t consulted her.
This has to be used only once in 2 weeks or more . For dry skin you can probably try using the other version - "light routine soft" with caution and less contact time may be 30- 45 secs.

Hi Nandhini.. congrats on your motherhood 😊 they recommend using it even while breastfeeding. But I personally used it only after 6 months of ebf when my daughter starred taking solids . Lightroutine Gentle can be used once in 7- 9 days. Advanced has to be used only once in 2 weeks (14 days or more) .
