Ive been saying for time ever since I found out about SR if any man decides to have a child he must retain not drink alcohol or drugs or smoke and have a proper diet and must exercise before getting his women pregnant in order to produce the healthiest child and then the last 9 months the torch is passed over to the women.
I can relate, brother. Currently I'm 23 and I have a lil boy. I've stricly, without any emission, held in my life essence for more than four months before releasing it. And my son born extremely cute and healthy. Now I hold on to my semen again so I can Interact profoundly with my boy, shaping deeply and positively his psyche.
@@neldino1251 Not necessarily. You lose some vitality, some benefits, but not as strongly as you would if you intentionally relapsed. It's better to keep the streak going rather than just relapse because you also did so whilst sleeping.
The last part resonate in me, retainint for 120 days and i had spiritual work but i had not yet the "benefits" the attracion, the money, the change f the world, still on mymonms basement, no oportunity. I was practciting goddards technice but it was not succesfull, everything is the same. At the same time i feel good, and i ve just embreced sufferng and thank God for it. .
I keep having slip ups right away in the morning, it's only one time upon waking up. I am single, I don't watch pron, lately my testosterone levels are higher from intermittent fasting. Wet dreams don't count . Body has to release naturally the unused excessive and create room for newer healthier. Also it means your testosterone is very high . Big difference from consciously releasing or fornication with jezebels. Nocturnal emission is healthy.

Crazy. I came to the same thought intuitively after starting SR. It is simply the logical conclusion once you understand what is at stake.
@@lumarious ive noticed as well less boys are being born and I think the low levels of testosterone has had a major impact on that.
