Amazing how that area has changed since YG pretty much took over the block. It would've been cool if they did like SM Town and made a park outside especially with a few food places and the river close by...
as far as i remember, they have like minipark in the back but ofcourse its just for the artists employees etc. they have plans to make the small building across as a fan zone or exhibition space too

Actually they changed a floor of the old building into a fan zone. Fans can go there and enjoy.
@@sharminislam6575 they are still relocating so they still have a lot of plans but yeah, they plan to make the old building a fan zone too

동네가게들이 서울아닌 시골느낌나네요 yg도 더잘됐으면해요 얼마전영상보니 코엑스 에샘도 문닫은걸보고 마음이아프더라구요 코엑스갈때마다 건물이 이뻐서 구경가곤했는데 한류일조를 한연예기획사 인데 다잘됐으면해요
합정은 원래 메인 상업지구는 아니었으니까요 ㅎㅎ 메세나 올라오기 전만해도요. 지금도 준 상업지구 취급이지만, 홍대방향이지..이쪽은 상대적으로 조용하죠. ㅎ
