Because it's very cold, it would better for cats if they get dry food after wet food. I suggested it a few time in the past, better for cats a dry but not cold food, instead of wet but cold food !
For everyone who doesn't know when it hits winter time the outside kitties don't mind it because outside kitties hair grows big and fluffy for winter but inside kitties furr or hair doesn't grow because the kitty is inside and doesn't feel the cold for it's fur to react to a fluffy coat like the outside kitties on a winter months once there bodies feel the winter coming there body reacts and builds a bigger furr coat for the cat 🐈
You stop hissing first than cat will follow....find another call to say hello to the cat like meeowww....meoooow or pusss.....pusss. I mean your hissing mean threaten to them 😁
