Snap On will send you a repair kit for that ratchet or the tool truck will rebuild it. I've had them just send me a repair kit and I've done it myself. Most times the Craftsman ratchets just need to be dismantled, cleaned and lubed to work well. I just did one this week. It was stuck solid. No more, works like new.
Yes the problem is finding a snap-on truck around here these days. We have Mac and a few others but I don't see snap-on that often anymore. Thank you for the good tips
