    The best tutorial. Short, perfectly paced, so that I can follow along. I wonder how do I calculate the survival of a single group with regard to primary patency (stent is patent), assisted primary patency (stenosis requiring angioplasty to keep to open), and secondary angioplasty (stent occluded but it was possible to open it using additional procedures). Usually, this is shown in a single graph. How do I plot limb survival in a single group and also comparing two groups ?

    Hi. thankyou for your useful video. How can I add the data if there are replicates for each treatment?

    • @DoryVideo
      @DoryVideo  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      With deaths each replicate is handled as a separate timeline, just add more events to the sheet.

    • @camilazufriategui5149
      @camilazufriategui5149 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@DoryVideo Thanks for the video and the answers to our questions. I do not understand how to do if I have replicates, there is no way to differentiate between them? For example, I have 3 controls and 3 treatments, so I would like to make a table with each replicate and then analyze if any of the controls, for example, have abnormal values (which is exactly what I observe but I need to substantiate it with statistics). If I put all the data in the same column, don't I lose the "individuality" of each replicate?

    Sorry, this might be a dumb question. i am trying to do a survival analysis with insects and i have 70 insects in each treatment group and i have number of death for each day! how should i proceed with it

  • @janithhalpage8626

    Hello, what if we have only one group of N = 30. If like day 15 if more than 3 died how do you include your 1 & 0?

    • @DoryVideo
      @DoryVideo  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Just put day 15 three times and three 1s, one for each death
