Though it taps more into the desire to want what one no longer has than it does fear and anxiety. Those are still the fundamental feelings you're feeling now, but they mix in such a way that it actually invokes nostalgia. Another question you may ask is "Why can some random person on the internet have a reasonably accurate idea of how I'm feeling due to this music right now?" and my response is this: Music is an art, and art is a method of communication that is used to display emotion from one person to another; its a language. We all can understand it, though we may interpret it slightly differently than another person just like we interpret words slightly differently compared to others.
