Although hindi naman siguro lahat, talagang umiiral ang politika dito po sa atin, lalong lalo na sa hiring. kung malakas ka, may koneksyon, anak ka ng sikat na artist, IN ka na tapos dun n lang sa training babawi. okay na sana kng trainable talaga at nandun yung passion for performing at willing to sacrifice and really improve his craft kaso nga kung pabebe at konting ungot kay Mommy, Daddy, pasok na, patay tayo jan. Di pwedeng puro visuals, kailangan may talent, personality and work ethic to back it all up
