I play on ps5 but I have been going into the "view contracts" menu in the resign phase to avoid the crash, and even though it appears to be the exact same menu, my game has not frozen or crashed so far throughout 4 seasons. I hope this helps! Also haven't watched the full video just yet but there is a bug where you can sim a single game twice, if you sim a game from the main hub and you go back and the score is not there do NOT sim it again! It will count it twice! The score may not appear but it was all recorded properly, so you can just advance day or sim your games through the calendar menu. Love the videos! What a buggy game :p
IMO, when sims hopefully get fixed, injuries with sliders for CPU and Human set to 5% makes it wayyy more playable and will rely heavily on the more prone players and all their attributes

In fairness, the new upper management and coaches for the Sens are a HUGE change from what we had since the early 2010s til now (the only reason the mid 2010s Sens were good was due to the drafting of players like Karlsson, Stone, etc.

One series id like you to play out the first season without any trades or without any major trades to see where the team is that and not completely shake things up
