How do you get the limit gauge to max at the start of the battle?
You must complete all the Brutal simulations first to obtain the Gotterdamerung.

@@damned7583 The same way you unlock these ones by finishing every challenge and relic beforehand
@@damned7583 You have to complete all the protorelic intel in all regions and defeat Gilgamesh.
