I watch Demolition Ranch, have for years, its not a "Gun fetish website" - its just a guy with a gun collection shooting melons. He doesnt talk about politics much, and i'm fairly sure he was horrified to see his shirt on this guy. The same thing happened to Pewdiepie with the Christchurch shooter. He did a shout out to Pewdiepie just before shooting a load of people. That doesnt mean Pewdiepie inspired him. And people have been talking about "Taking out" Trump on TV for MONTHS. Including politicians. Talking about "taking him down", "Take him out", "He cannot be allowed to become president again". Maybe you should be disgusted by people saying THAT.

Vermont, NH, and Maine have almost no gun crime, and have TONS of guns, and very few gun restrictions. You can conceal carry without a permit. In fact, in VT, you have NEVER needed a permit in the state's entire history.

Switzerland has high gun ownership but fewer shootings compared to the USA due to strict gun control laws, mandatory military service, and a strong culture of gun safety and responsibility. Maybe learn from them.
That's guns that are meant for defending the nation, and they are not hand guns. They are locked up in gun safes, and not accessible for "home defence". It's a completely different situation compared to USA.

You can get a full auto machine gun, in some states (not all) with a special licence. There is a bunch of nuance to this, though.... like, the gun needs to be made before 1986, the title needs to be transferred through the ATF and a whole bunch of of other stuff and I'm not a gun policy wonk, sorry. Just for facts. The t-shirt reads Demolitia. This is a merch t-shirt of the gun youtube channel Demolition Ranch. The owner of the channel calls the people who watch and follow his stuff, "The Demolitia." It is not politically motivated. I have been a viewer of the channel for many years now, and it is extremely rare that he mentions anything political.
Some of the people in his circle who also have youtube channels are a lot more openly political, including one who ran for Congress on the Republican ticket. The owner of the channel was originally a vet before YT and a huge family man who is very placid in nature. I really would not be surprised to see him make a statement denouncing this whole incident.
Now, before anymore jumps on me for these comments defending him, this is my personal opinion as I have watched his channels for many years now. He runs a firearms channel because of his love of firearms, not for any political or incitement purposes.
He was also registered republican, but oddly donated money to Democrat pac's. Seems he might very well have been trolling the political spectrum
