I want Thanos to be my first R4 the only problem is hes gonna get banned everytime in bgs so im still undecided niether my Onslaught or Serpent is duped so my first R4 must have those silver stars I fully agree with your evaluation here though 🙂

All 4 are very good and any of them would be great choices. Hulk, photon, and silk all benefit nicely with their awakening though are still good without. Titania was my first science rank 3. My rational was great utility since she does not get buffs. This is very strong. She also has access to stagger, lots of debuffs and the haymaker can be used to tank sp3. Also can have good damage with spam heavy on sp3 attack. I find her has all of the classic science 🧪 attributes. So she would be my choice of those 4.
