I m planning to buy a property in pakistan but just cant find a sensible design.

Nice design. Windows are too large, what about heat from sun which will come from Windows, And how curtains would be hanged? On 1st floor rooms, heat also comes from the roof, what measure are taken for that?
The map n lay out is exactly same as the other house u toured us...i request the architect to swap the fire place n media wall of ground lounge area as its very difficult to properly lay out furniture in such a way to have a apropriate view of tv which is too cornered...this way sitting area can b made near the window n dinning can n placed near kitchen ...buyers keeps these points in mind...advise from a women
