My personal winner from both semis. I don't understand a single word of this song but it feels so atmospheric and positiv. Reminds me a bit of arabian music. They might have no chance against the big favourites in the final, but I wish them only the best. Greetings from Germany 🖤❤💛
This song is really fantastic. I just wanted more elements on stage. There are some beautiful string instruments and I believe the performance would look better with a band.
It is very good... One of my favorites, but the instruments need to be on stage, they are a very important part of the song. It needs to be noticeable.
Din il-kanzunetta "Għażliet" (Dario Bezzina / Zeppi Il-Muni) bil-lirika Maltija bl' għana li hija parti mit-tradizzjoni tagħna Maltija u Għawdxija. Prestazzjoni tajba ħafna. Ivvotajt tlett darbiet għaliha u se nerġa nivvota għaliha fil-finali. Viva Malta 🇲🇹
He said 'Viva l-għana tal-Maltin' which translates to something along the lines of 'Hurray for the Maltese traditional/folk singing' because 'ghana' is a traditional type of singing (like the piece sung at the beginning of the song).
Dario could improve vocally, but it was good enough. Staging wise I would add a few red and white lighting at the end, and TVM needs to sort out the camera angles. The story of the song came across well, I loved Zeppi's images, and the wardrobe is beautiful. The main selling point is the Maltese, making us proud! Bravi!
@@IABITVpresents Yeah, though Dario's is most noticeable, unfortunately this was the case with his other performances at Muzika Muzika. The start and end of each of the 4 phrases in the chorus are particularly off, its like he has a very soft voice, which is fine but its also unstable. Could be nerves maybe. Shame, but at least it got through.
Pure mediterranean essence!
Another maltese gem, not a silly pop song.
Eurovision needs songs like this!
Love from Greece.

Am I crazy to believe this deserves to win?

Maltese has a lot of arabic in it, in fact only 6 words in this song are not Arabic based, maybe that's why

Not so surprising with Maltese cultural blending.

could anyone translate what he said in the end, after the thank you? I'm in love with this track and would love to understand it!

Żeppi should also improve a bit vocally, the intro was somewhat offkey...

Great song but production needs an oomph. After today’s performance I like this song much more. Could do well on Saturday
