I've watched and listened to this rendition over and over again and it is to me , the most beautiful version of this song I have ever heard. Just Beautiful.
I love the Wes Montgomery vibe. How can 6 people give this a thumbs down and not show us what they can do? Haters will always be a jealous bunch who have to show off how insecure they are.
A Splendid Recording ! . Class Comes To The Fore. Absolutely Splendid ! . Many Congratulations. Kind Regards , John Fenner. (Aging Jazz Guitarist) ! x X .
"Sounds like a diamond guitar, glittering in a setting of black velvet piano." Don't remember who said it, but Mr. Tanabe is definitely a master jeweler! Beautiful, sir.
musical mastery knows no racial, cultural, ethnic, gender, political, no other categorical boundaries...it is a universal language as evidenced by how beautifully he plays yet sounds a great deal influenced by Masters Wes and George... whether by design or not, takes nothing away from his artistry... i myself am a fan of musicians, and fans...and Brian, for sure i am not meaning to start any sort of controversy nor debate here... it's all opinion and for me the beauty of your opinion is that you recognize the artistry, regardless of how you cast the origins. :)
@@stuartweissman7306 I agree with your statement . It's just my observation that japanese musicians has a certain "touch/signature" In terms of their musicality Which í like and it's personal preference . But yeah music is the unspoken language of the Universe.
Very well played, great subtle approach, very Wes-like,a combination of block chords ,octaves and single note lines, great accuracy and very musical, love your tone, visit me when you get a chance, thanks for this beautiful upload,Vic.
That was sublime. Fabulous tone, and great guitar. Are you accompanied, or is this a backing track. If so, how do you get the track to come in as you finish your introductory solo? Delightful to listen to however you dd it. Like and a subscribe... Bravo. More please!!! Jazzw
the only thing better than this priceless amazing rare guitar is the player and the playing itself!!
