Even as a KaiMei fan for years, I think Miku and Kaito sounds beautiful together. They both have prince and princess like voice. Kaito has a gentle voice that really blends with Miku's adorable voice. KaiMei vocal fans may have a bitter and jealousy problems that ruins the pair's reputation but cant really deny the pair when KaiMi usually sounds great together lol
i don't really think kaito and miku sound good together and it has little to do with me being a kaimei shipper. in this cover they sound alright (though op did a great job with the tuning) but kaito has a man's voice and miku has an adolescent girl's voice and they don't often mix well because of it. meiko and kaito were literally created as counterparts so their voices were officially intended to complement eachother. tbh miku doesn't often sound great with male vocaloids in general just because her voice is so high and crisp. for this reason i think she tends to sound best with other female voicebanks, unless her lower register is being used
