i feel quite let down by my uni, they don't seem to offer any kind of actual content to learn from and expect us to find out everything externally. Im not sure if this is how uni is for everyone but it's actually easier to not attend classes and just learn everything from youtube lool

Turns out you don't even need digimaps you can see flood data on .gov website: flood-map-for-planning.service.gov.uk/
