even if it could be modified, you wouldnt do so much upgrades on it, its already bulletproof, and i bet all you could do was changing its color and maybe adding bulletproof tires

Saw a screenshot of a support ticket posted to Reddit according to Rockstar support this is a bug that they are working to fix as of right now, the Police Riot is not able to be customized
Such a stupidity to buy that for all that amount of money. Even if it can be useful for some missions, I just go get it for free in police stations. At least I could buy it when it would be really heavily discounted but not for $3 600 000 for sure 😂, it's just ridiculous 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

@@retrovenom3900 just got done contacting Rockstar support and the riot Van is not, I repeat not customizable in any of your businesses or locations because it is strictly a pegasus vehicle and the description is a mistake therefore you are full of crap telling everybody you upgraded them all.
You can't customize it anywhere. I tried in all garages, inside Agency, MOC, Avenger, Facility, Office. Nothing. Usually Pegasus vehicles can't be modified anyhow.

I’m able to customize all of them. I did the cars in my agency
