Quality over quantity especially in dieting and also the food you put into your body matters, she always make sure to eat healthy and exercise. She doesn't overdo her mukbangs unlike most mukbangers or idols, she eats a normal amount and only occasionally treat herself once she finish dieting for months, which helps her mentally too.

얼굴이 꽤나 오동통 해진게 지난 몇개월간 꽤나 잘 드시긴 한거 같았어요ㅎㅎ 다이어트를 기간을 정해서 단기간만 할게 아니라 일상에서 계속 유지 할 수 있는 식단으로 꾸준히 한다고 생각해야 폭식도 안하게 되고 체중 유지도 쉬워요. 건강을 위해서도 소식 하는게 좋다고 하더라구요.

I love Solar's healthy recipes. Whenever I hear pokè, I thought it only referred to some raw seafood dish like salmon, tuna or octopus sashimi as the protein addition. This is more like a grilled chicken salad with mixed vegies. Never tried with mayo sriracha dressing - looks yummy. I love her cooking series but I also miss her interview series. Wish she'd bring back Youngji to have a perspective of life before and after fame. Having Jessi would be super fun too. Or Wheein and Hwasa to hear their thoughts about life after RBW. Just a wish but I still hope they'd consider it.
