The house is excellent but the finishing in some areas dont match 15m, the pantry need some touch up, the stairs would have look classy with wooden floor and not tiles and also I would have find it cute with slide glasses door in the living room and master bedroom since they have beautiful balcony. Big window and glass door in the kitchen for moreeeeeee lights since this is in gated community lastly the shiny wooden doors inside look common. Otherwise good job.

Very beautiful at all levels my only concern are the walls, backyard is so small, the design could do better without the walls on all 4s.

I'm in the diaspora, I love the design but the mere fact that it's white faces all over the design pictures on the website is a total turn off me so no I would not be purchasing any of them. Black skin need to be proud of black. Jungus were born from african skin in case you had no idea.

Sadly I can still see a lot of badly finished details and bad floor planning. Our architectural and building standards are still sub par.
Yes, I see what you are taking about. Like the back is so squeezed there is nowhere to hang clothes, the walk-in closet is so small you can't even put a little poof to sit on while you wear your shoes, the bathrooms are so squeezed and the master does not even have a shower cubicle!!
