My idea of the video is that the person behind the door has depression and hallucinations. While Miku is a friend/love interest that checks on them often at their doorstep. The person behind the door thinks Miku is tormenting them, while Miku just wants to check on them or just want them to come outside to see how they're doing. And at the end, when their hallucinations are gone, they finally go out to Miku and she looks normal, and not the obsessed stalker they thought she was.
i actually think it's about how the person on the other side of the door are kind of crazy and are literally creating delusions of their friend, miku. at the end of the mv when the person opens the door, miku has blank, dark eyes (probably how miku actually is) rather than her dilated pupils (the person's delusions). if you rewatch it at some points in the last verse, some of the shots of miku aren't the 'delusioned' versions of her and she looks genuinely worried. my theory imo is that the viewer's pov is of a mentally ill student, who's been missing school recently, and is so isolated they view their friend, miku, trying to comfort them as an obsession rather than concern. (that's just my view though!!)
