- Putting an end to the Silverios' reign of terror, Matteo (Marco Gumabao) makes the ultimate sacrifice to save the Cardinals from Catalina (Jean Saburit). Bearing guilt in his heart, Matteo tries to atone for his past mistakes. Instead, he finds himself enfolded in his family's unconditional love. After a wearying battle, the Cardinals finally find bliss as they work together to rebuild their lives. I just finished watching los Bastardos and wow. Definetly one of my favourite teleseryes. The theme of family and forgiveness was so touching. The storyline and writing was on point. Connor and Isagani were my favourite.
