    I wanted to do all of this on stream, but am having mad tech issues at the moment, so thought I'd just record as a video. I may continue doing that for the next week or so, until I'm confident to try going live again! Anyway, here we are making some happy little FX racks to put on our slamming breaks, including some dynamic processing, like EQ, compression and all that good stuff.
    Then, we get onto the more exciting stuff, including some nice chance based delay and reverb, into some more advance mad fx routing. The name of the game is having a good time here. The only limit is your imagination. And possibly 127 channels of anything.
    If you like my content and want to support me, there are a few ways you can do that, including streaming my music on Spotify, buying it on Bandcamp, or dropping me a tip on ko-fi. Like lo-fi but ko-fi? I might set up a Patreon or something if I hit 100 subs. The fun is in not knowing :)

    Sometimes it's best not to have a plan. I didn't here with what fx I might end up making. I often don't. Part of the fun is not knowing, in discovering, tricking yourself into new musical places... as I _think_ I did here by the end. Happy chopping.

    You're my new fave page. You're just as important as Neddy.

      😁😁😁 my boy! I wouldn't be doing it without him, he changed the way I make music and I know I'm not alone in saying that. Plus he's been a huge support from day one. So thank you!!

    Cool vid man! So close to that 1000!! - good stuff mate. I love doing similar techniques in Renoise, taking a massive recording of all myself live jamming on all the macros and then chucking all that information back into a sampler again. Such a fun creative way of working!✌

      Thanks man! Yeah I can't quite believe it, it all started as a bit of experiment - just livestreaming, wasn't expecting things to pick up, and I've been spurred on by the people interacting.
      Yeah I love working like this! I've dabbled with renoise a bit, and really enjoyed it, in fact I got a lot of questions about it and using a tracker. Might have to dip into it again at some point as I know how much junglists love that tracker interface.
      Tom mentioned you'd drop a line, good to hear from you. Will have to have a good look through some of your vids too, maybe share some ideas at some point.
      Anyway thanks for checking in :)

      @@HumanSynthetics It's so rewarding when you start to get a bit of traction. It clearly shows your doing something right that people are engaging with!
      For sure, if you have any questions shoot me a message. I'm obsessed with Renoise so am more than happy to talk all day about it. For Old-School Jungle style breaks, there is really nothing better.
      I'm definitely down for working together in the future, would be cool! Keep well✌

      big up! thanks man... don't always know if I'm gonna get there, but it usually comes good. It's the skittering off in all directions sound I love. Easy for things to get out of control... that's where the practise comes in, to make it sound organic and natural, not too over the top.

      Thanks Michael! Feel I could revisit a lot of this stuff again now... always more to say on the breakbeat front.

      @HumanSynthetics  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hmmm, quite hard to tell without knowing the exact specifics. But if gate is on, the length of the midi note playing the sample will affect where you hear it or not. Hope you can sort it!
