He is talking about degeneration and says he doesn't care whether a Frafra or whatever tribe becomes a president and vice president, but then he fails to talk about how his NDC has played the same tribal politics over years including tagging NPP as a tribal party for the simple reason that they dont choose a northerner as a presidential candidate🤔🤔🤔. Nana Poku, you're being unfair in your statement. It is no secret that the NPP is known as the Akan party. Issues of tribalism have engulfed the selection leaders. It normally seems like a dynasty where one has to be a successor of another. The case of Bawumia is an exception. On the other hand, NDC has given opportunities to all regardless of tribe. It takes only a politically blind person not to see this.

What NPP are doing is tribalism, they are elevating the Ashanti tribe above all other tribes for the role of the vice president. If NDC were the same Mahama would take an Ewe as a running mate but they took someone from central region despite they're a swing region. NPP has always been an Akan confederation using non - Akans to shield them from warranted tribal criticisms. Bawuliar is just a 3rd term for Akufo-Addo.
