For the durin rest greenhouse.... there's a metric ton of trees from Ridgeside Village. And at least a few are needed for recipes, and special bulletin quests. (Yes, to get perfection you'll need certain quests from ridgeside for crafting/cooking purposes.)
Glad to see the end of your first year in this playthrough. RNG can be a pain sometimes.
