    Ingredients:-
    All purpose flour - 2 cup
    Gram flour - 3 tbsp
    Salt - 1/2 tsp
    Carom Seed - 1 tsp
    Oil तेल - 4 tbsp
    Cumin Seed - 1 tbsp
    Coriander Seed - 2 tbsp
    Sesame seeds - 1.5 tbsp
    Fennel seeds - 2 tbsp
    Desiccated coconut - 2 tbsp
    Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
    Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
    Ginger Powder - 2 tsp
    Salt - 1.5 tsp
    Sugar - 3 tbsp
    Tamarind - 3 tbsp
    Jaggery - 4 tbsp
    Water - 3/4 cup
    Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
    Salt - 1/4tsp
    Red Chili Powder - 1/4tsp
    Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
    Procedure:-
    -In a mixing bowl add maida, besan, salt to taste and carom seeds, mix everything well.
    -Add oil and mix it well.
    -Add water and knead a semi soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 10mins.
    For Special Masala-
    -Heat a pan, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds,seasame seeds, dessicated coconut and fennel seeds and dry roast them for 1-2 minutes.
    -Once its turns golden brown then turn off the flame. and let it ccol down.
    -Add red chili powder, dry ginger powder, hing and sugar mix it well.
    -Add into mixing jar and make a coarse powder.
    -Special masala is ready.
    For making Tamrind chutney:-
    -Take a pot add tamrind, jaggery and water. Cook it for 3-5mins until it turns soft and mushy.
    -Take it into strainer and strain it.
    -Add red chili powder, salt, black salt and cumin powder. Mix it well.
    -Instand tamrind chutney is ready.
    For making Bakarwadi:-
    -Make equal parts of dought. Take one and roll it into thin chapati. Cut it into sqare.
    -Apply tamarind chutney onto the chapati, spread a thin layer onto it, then spread the ready masala all over the chapati, spread the masala evenly.
    -Apply water on end part. Roll it tightly.
    -Cut the end parts and gradually cut into half inches.
    -Gently roll it and press it. Take out in a plate.
    -Follow the same process for remaining dough and masala.
    For frying bhakarwadi -
    -Heat up some oil for deep frying into a kadai, once oil is moderat hot, turn the flame to low, drop some bhakarwadi into the oil, don't touch the badi for the first 1 minutes, keep the flame low.
    -After a minute, turn the vadis with gentle hands.
    -Fry the vadi on low flame until they get a nice golden color, one batch will take approx3-4minutes to fry.
    -Our Delicious Crispy Bhakarwadi is ready.
    -Serve with hot tea as an evening snack or in diwali snacks.
