i do think for some talking about it helps. i have noticed, for others it makes them uncomfortable. But i like talking about them. They are not forgotten. They DID exist. I like remembering. It is sad sometimes, but that is just part of it.

I honor them. They prepare a way before me now. Sometimes I have to remember that beauty comes from suffering. Attitude is everything. Thank you for giving me strength with your words which are carried by a spirit of strength and truth.
