I have two diff sleep cycles. One is where I fall asleep at like 4 or 5 pm and wake up super early and the other I sleep during the day and am up at night. I just go with the flow. If I fight the sleep cycle then I won’t get sleep at all.
I can never fall asleep until 4-7am but if I wake up anytime before 2pm I feel so tired and need a nap a couple hours later lmaooo
My sleep schedule is so erratic. I nap a lot and wake up during the night and sleep at odd times, but I agree with you, if I fight it and try to force a "normal" schedule then I just won't sleep properly
Ok for the lava lamp here is some info I found. (Some brands of lava lamps require up to six hours for the lava-like blobs to form and flow properly. Even with the long warm-up time, there is a limit to how long the lamp should be operated continuously to keep it functioning as designed. Do not run the lamp for more than eight to 10 hours straight.) And Holy cramoly The toywiz is expensive!
8 to 10 hours is the recommended time to leave your lava lamp on for. If you leave it on too long it can shorten the lifespan of the lava lamp. 💕

The top was made by Mattel and is called a Wizzer. Gyrostat top you roll the tip on the floor to get the flywheel going.

They can explode if you leave the lava lamps on too long they overheat. Turn them off after 2-3 hours

I need a nap about 4 but try not to so I sleep better at night but end up staying up for 36 hours. So sometimes I just take the nap so I get some sleep! I used to nap to avoid eating.. I have a strange relationship with sleep. I like 4pm naps because I feel safe.. I’m 31 I’m driving myself crazy 😂
The “whizzers” are a top. But for the life of me I can’t figure out a way to tell you how they work. You would run the tiny bottom part on the floor and then set it up on the tiny bottom part and it would spin. Does that make ANY sense?? I hope so.

My lava lamp I had as a kid advised not to leave on longer then six hours due to fire risk, but mine as just a little one from Walmart or Spencers. (Not sure where my dad got it for me, it was a gift for christmas)
