Boss bottled EDT lasts 6-8hours on my skin and its actually my go to "Work" fragrance at the moment. I've received 3 compliments recently wearing it.

Okay... was the guy taking apart his Hugo Boss bottle for decants REALLY illegal, or just unadvisable? I've had to do that myself a few times with bottles that were cracked, and transfer them to newer spritzer bottles in order to preserve them, so I don't see the issue.
Selling them for business purposes is extremely different to your example.

legal advise for free from someone who is not a lawyer...just sayin. I have never ever EVER heard of it being illegal to repackage and resell anything...except illegal drugs. Last time I checked, you didn't need a special license to sell denatured alcohol and essential oils.

i've reviewed a sample of my youtube and it smells pretty cheap to be honest, smells like toilet spray. Tom ford fragrances kinda suck tbh

Why do you think a good cologne accord smells like toilet spray I don't know, but I can tell you, as a perfumer that you're very wrong because Neroli Portofino is a masterpiece
