The "Veterancy" Mod that you can find in the Steam Workshop of C&C.
It makes the AI stronger (they build navy units and are more aggressive)
Let you set Waypoints so your Units go to a specific Place after they are trained
Gives Units Veteranstatus if they destroy many buildings or units (which is Common in ra2,ra3 and Tiberium wars 3)
And adds some minor upgrades to you units or buildings
some palance changes (migs are a bit weaker, turrets of the allies are a bit weaker, and surely some more)
